Alim & Mufti Course

BA in Islamic Law, Theology and Sacred Sciences

This is a 6 year Alim & 2 year Mufti course for both men and women. The entire course will be studied online by

attending live classes taught by a British Mufti. Each graduate of this course will be awarded a BA Honours in Islamic

Law, Theology and Sacred Sciences.

We are currently only taking on students for year 1 and 2.

Only recorded lectures are available for the entire first year. This allows you to study at the comfort of your own days, times, and schedule. Additionally, you can study multiple lectures in a day if you are able to.

Live online, in-person, and recorded lectures are available. All 3 options are available for you. Choose whatever is more convenient for you.

Entry requirement

Must be able to understand English and have basic Quran reading skills.

Structure

Upon successfully passing this course, each man will graduate as an Alim & Mufti and woman as an Alimah & Muftiya.

Each graduate will be awarded a BA Honours in Islamic Law, Theology and Sacred Sciences. Additionally, all graduates will have an Ijazah going back to Rasoolullah (Sallallaahu Alaihi Wa Sallam).

All modules in this course are compulsory and full attendance is mandatory. The entire course will be studied online by attending live classes delivered by a qualified British Mufti. Your appointed Mufti will also be your personal supervisor throughout the entire course

Assessments

Each module will be assessed by way of an examination and will require successful passing in order to progress onto the next stage.

Assessments for each module will vary between multiple choice questions, verbal tests, short answers, dissertations and problem-based examinations.
