Your Nikah is far more than a moment of formality — it is a sacred covenant, a divine bond that unites two souls in the presence of Allah. It marks the beginning of a lifelong journey built upon faith, mercy, and love — a moment that deserves to be conducted with both knowledge and reverence.
At the International Islamic Council of Justice (IICJ), we believe the Nikah should embody the highest standards of authenticity, precision, and spiritual integrity. That is why we offer a premium Nikah service, conducted exclusively by qualified, multilingual, British Sunni Muftis, ensuring every detail of your marriage is valid, honourable, and in full accordance with the Qur’an, Sunnah, and recognised principles of Islamic jurisprudence.
Many couples spend thousands — or even tens of thousands — of pounds on venues, décor, catering, and photography. Yet the most important part of the entire day — the Nikah — is often entrusted to someone without proper Islamic legal training.
A Mufti is not simply an Imam. A Mufti is an expert in Islamic law, trained for many years in the detailed principles of jurisprudence and marital rulings. They are authorised to issue fatwas and ensure that your Nikah is valid, lawful, and compliant with the Shariah, fulfilling all essential conditions — including witnesses, mahr (dowry), consent, and documentation.

When you book an IICJ Mufti, you are not just booking a religious officiant — you are securing the guidance of a qualified, multilingual, British Sunni Mufti who understands both traditional Islamic law and the contemporary British context.

Unlike most organisations that offer Nikah certification, many of which cannot modify their documents to include special conditions or Islamic prenuptial agreements, our Muftis are
fully qualified to do so. Because every IICJ Nikah is conducted by a Mufti, we can religiously incorporate custom conditions set by the couple — ensuring that both parties’ rights, expectations, and agreements are clearly defined and recognised in accordance with Islamic law.
Your wedding deserves the best — and the Nikah is its most sacred moment. Do not compromise. Let your marriage be conducted by a qualified British Sunni Mufti who upholds both knowledge and integrity.

Our Muftis are recognised authorities — ensuring your marriage begins correctly and honourably.

A Mufti brings knowledge, dignity, and solemnity to the most sacred part of your union.

A single procedural error can invalidate a Nikah — do not take that risk.

Only a qualified Mufti can ensure your conditions, agreements, and rights are properly recognised in line with the Shariah.

Make the most important moment of your life authentic, sacred, and memorable — led by a Mufti whose expertise ensures your union begins with blessing, integrity, and full Shariah compliance.

Marriage has a high status in Islam. Almighty Allah states in the Qur’an:

“And of His signs is that He created for you from yourselves mates that you may find tranquillity in them; and He placed between you affection and mercy. Indeed in that are signs for a people who give thought.” (30:21)

All of the Nikkah are conducted by British Muftis.

“Marriage is part of my sunnah, and whoever does not follow my sunnah has nothing to do with me.” (Sunan Ibn Majah)

We are one of the leading UK Nikah Services.

The International Islamic Council of Justice (IICJ) provides confidential online Islamic therapy and counselling for individuals and couples who wish to overcome personal or marital difficulties through a faith-centred approach.

Our sessions are spiritually grounded conversations with qualified Islamic scholars, offering practical, compassionate, and Qur’an-based guidance. We do not offer medical or psychological treatment, but help clients to realign their thoughts, relationships, and emotions within an Islamic framework.
